Design Build - Every property owner’s dream, minimize errors and have one point of contact for all services. PDD has provided design build services for decades. This includes project design, pricing, construction cost & management, permit overview, construction scheduling, construction administration, submittals and punch lists.
Pre-construction & Pricing - Before construction begins, pricing is always a main concern. PDD’s experienced decision making in the early stages, immediately adds value to the project. PDD provides preliminary costs after initial design, during pricing plans and when construction drawings are submitted for permit. Value engineering is another way to improve budgets and/or construction schedules. Reviewing pricing also helps identify any long lead items which may pose an issue with construction and schedule.
Construction - When a build-out is ready for construction, being selective on which contractor is hired, is not unusual. PDD has worked on complex projects, large build-outs and is known within the industry as a credible, dependable and resourceful contractor. We have proudly remained on several business parks and building accounts as the primary and preferred contractor for multiple years. We know this is based on our delivery methods, above standard quality and ability to meet deadlines.
Consulting - This service can offer many advantages to our clients. Services include: building analysis, bid packages, sub-contractor selection, prelim pricing, procurement strategies, engineering, methods of delivery, fire protection and post construction.
Construction Management - Peace of mind is priceless. As many of our return clients call on PDD, they know they have a partner who will oversee construction during all phases. Construction management is the administrative service which ensures construction is performed to meet Code, industry standards and not exceed budget or timeframes. As an intermediary, PDD provides real-time status to the property owner, landlord or developer. This service also helps mitigate RFI’s, change orders and field revisions. Construction management is the communication conduit between Owner, Architect and Contractor.
Safety - Certainly safety is a main concern with all job sites, but by educating our project team and Subs, safety becomes part of the job. PDD strives to provide a zero injury work environment. Safety training only has a significant cost when it’s not implemented and PDD believes this is the right thing to do, at all times.
