Pacific Design Directions was established in 1979 and still remains family owned and operated. PDD was established to provide quality commercial construction services as there was a demand for complete project management. We started strong and have only grown stronger. PDD has worked on complex projects, large build-outs and tenant improvements, with emphasis on meeting time sensitive deadlines.
PHILOSOPHY
It's true, nothing stays the same. It's also true that ‘there is none wiser than the experienced’. We learn from every project and opportunity. Each project is as unique, as the client we work with, and the site(s) we survey.
Providing thorough due diligence is a common practice we work by, to have a better understanding of the proposed services and to better discern our clients' intent.
